Summary

MemberBay is association-management software for small Canadian societies — dues, members, and events — built around what the incumbents ignore: Interac e-transfer reconciliation, credential-verified members, and bilingual-by-default service. Pre-launch: the brand and the trilingual experience are built; the operated platform behind them is in development.

A · Problem

Small Canadian associations run on Interac e-transfer and serve members in English and French — but the incumbent tools reconcile neither well. Dues arrive as e-transfers nobody can match to a member; bilingual is an afterthought bolted on late.

B · Approach

A product designed Interac-first and bilingual-first: e-transfer reconciliation and licence-verified member badges as the core, not add-ons, and a trilingual interface — English, French, and right-to-left Farsi — built on logical CSS so one layout serves every reading direction. The brand system and the experience ship first; the operated platform follows.

1

A full brand kit and a trilingual interface built on logical CSS properties so a single layout serves left-to-right and right-to-left; directory, dues, events, and reconciliation surfaces designed against a Canadian-first model.

D · Outcome

The product, the brand, and the bilingual experience are built and gathering a waitlist; the operated platform behind them is in active development.
